Before starting her career in real estate, blue-chip entrepreneur Tamara Kilburn established herself as an industry leader in fashion and design.

For over 20+ years, She owned and operated several celebrated clothing and jewelry boutiques in the Pacific Northwest, including Sway and Cake and Au 79 Jewelry.

Her trained eye for detail has led to many private-label product designs sold internationally, including jewelry design and clothing label production. Tamara's excellent long-term client and vendor relationships have given her a robust and engaging network.

Tamara passionately dedicates herself to her clients, meticulously caring for every detail while prioritizing their best interests.

Tamara is a long-term Kirkland resident; her family has deep roots there. Her Husband, Todd, is an award-winning architect at Kilburn Architects based in Kirkland, and her father-in-law, Dr. Lee Kilburn, is a cherished retired Kirkland Pediatrician. Tamara is a Mother to son Tatum and two rescue Pups, Sasha and Leo. Her passion and support projects include giving back, volunteering with local animal charities, and supporting small businesses through experience and mentorship.
